Pilgrim Mother Apostolate

The Pilgrim Mother Apostolate involves groups of people who are willing to commit themselves to welcoming Our Lady into their home.
Mary comes with her Son from the Schoenstatt Shrines into the homes of these people in the picture of the Mother Thrice Admirable of Schoenstatt framed in the shape of a Schoenstatt Shrine.
The members of the group give the picture a place of honour in their homes or work places as the picture travels or pilgrims from member to member during the course of the month.
They honour Mary by praying daily during the time of her visit. Many like to pray the rosary. They entrust their petitions to Mary’s care, experience her blessings and give thanks for her intercession.
It is from this that the apostolate derives its name of the Pilgrim Mother Apostolate.
